HELGA Release 2009/08

The "Summer 2009" release is coming out soon.

The new features are:
- The Classement National (CN) export for the FFCO users
- Improvements to chasing start mechanism for 3+5 day competitions
- Import / Export of EMIT/SI-Cards in the Finish screen.

It allows to import a TXT or CSV file of the chip numbers of started runners, to automatically mark the others as "Not started". With EMIT, it also imports the data from MTR device(s).
Export generates the text file of chip numbers of all read EMIT/SI-Cards, for example of a reading at the start.

... and some miscellaneous bugfixes (Relay by points, Score, sorting in lists)
