No tables when installing the newest Helga version 2012/07-0

Starting up gives:
"There has been an error with the compilation of this function".

The compile error , when i use one of the Tab functions is situated in the modGlobal module at the publicFunction getConnect.
In the following code:

The Mid function is colored!

The Windows popup gives: Compile error: can't find the project/libarry?

I did the installation in full version on my desktop and recieved the same error.

When looking into the Access tables i don't see any HelgaDat tables: In fact there is no table from HelgaDat what so ever visable!
HelgaDat is present in the correct map: when i set back the previous Helga9.mdb file everything is working nicely again.

Could you have a look, please!

This is a strange problem recently detected by users and we are working hard to solve it. It seems to be correlated with some latest update of Windows (- Office - Access?? -we don't know exactly) and one reference inside the program is not correctly re-built with this update of Helga.

but anyway "only solutions" - unfortunately, I only can give some part of instructions in French because they are related with my French version of Access

a) launch HELGA but don't open any menu (otherwise you will start ... the problem you describe !!)
b) type the key <F11>
c) go in the Module area and with a SINGLE clic, select any element of this area
d) choice "Modifier"
e) in the main Menu, choice Tools - References
f) one reference pointing to MSCOMCTL.OCX is checked ON but noted as "MANQUANTE (Missing)" - uncheck it
g) select the "Browse" button and go to the folder C:/Windows/system32/ where this reference MSCOMCTL.OCX is. Select it - Click OK
h) Save
i) QUIT Helga and Re-start

j'ai eu le même problème lorsque j'ai voulu installer la version 2012/07-03 pour les 3 Jours de la Forêt de Soignes.J'ai fait la procédure conseillée par Robert(du 31/8) et ça fonctionne.

Je viens d'installer la version 2012/10-01 et j'ai le même problème qu'avec la version précédente( erreur de compilation)

même problème, mais assurément pas la même cause (32 autres membres de ce forum ont déjà installé cette nouvelle version !)

Je pense que tu n'as pas installé la nouvelle version de l'OCX de SPORTIdent, imposée lors de l'édition 2012/07

ou peut-être si tu es reparti d'un set-up complet, es-tu à nouveau victime de ton anti-virus...

Sorry d'avoir dérangé, mais j'avais oublié en effet d'installer l'OCX de Sportident.
Je l'avais fait sur mon PC portable mais j'ai oublié de le faire sur ma tour.
