HELGA cannot link Excel files

In older Access versions (like 2003) in the latest version and update of Windows 10, there may now be an error when trying to link Excel files (for example OL-CO).

I believe it's a new security measure by Microsoft..

Opening the file in Excel and keeping it open while importing the data in HELGA really works..
