Start Portal

Depuis un an, le portal "Start" est opérationnel pour publier vos listes de départs.

Outre la liste des départs, le fichier transmis à partir de Helga comporte plusieurs paramètres pour identifier à coup sûr votre compétition et pouvoir détecter s'il s'agit d'un nouvel événement, ou d'une mise à jour.

Il y a 3 paramètres essentiels :

• - l'identifiant de votre compétition dans Helga (= celui, interne, de la compétition en cours)
  - la date de la compétition, complétée de l'heure du tout premier départ prévu dans l'onglet "Box"
  - le club organisateur

Si vous devez modifier un (seul) de ces 3 paramètres, il faut

• préalablement éliminer la liste des départs avec les anciens paramètres
  effectuer les modifications
  remettre en ligne la nouvelle édition

Si cette opération n'est pas correctement effectuée, le Start portal créera un second enregistrement et donc une seconde ligne !!

Het “Start” portal is nu een jaar geopend om uw startlijsten te publiceren.

Buiten de startlijst worden ook enkele parameters doorgestuurd die het portaal gebruikt om te zien of het over een nieuwe wedstrijd gaat of over een bijwerking van een bestaande wedstrijd.
Drie parameters zijn essentieel

• de identificatie van de wedstrijd in Helga (intern, bepaald door de “huidige wedstrijd”)
  de inrichtende club en de datum van de wedstrijd (in het tabblad “wedstrijd”)
  het tijdstip van de eerste start (in het tabblad “box”)

Als je één van deze drie parameters wijzigt dan moet je

• 1. De eerste startlijst met de oude parameters verwijderen op het startportaal
  2. De wijzigingen doorvoeren
  3. De nieuwe gegevens exporteren naar het startportaal

Als je deze werkwijze niet volgt dan zal er een nieuwe wedstrijd aangemaakt worden en als gevolg daarvan een tweede lijn op het startportaal.

Since one year, the "Start" portal is used to publish the startlist of any competition.

Besides the startlists, some other parameters are sent with the files, which the portal uses to detect if there is a new event or an update.

Three parameters are essential :

• the identification of the event in Helga (internal ID, determined by the current competition
  the organizing club en the date of the Event
  the first scheduled startime (tab "Box")

If one of these parameters has to be modified, you have to follow this procedure :

• delete the existing startlist on the portal
  make the requested modifications
  export the new list to the portal

If this procedure will not stricly followed, a new event will be issued with the consequence of a second line on the portal

Desde um ano atrás, o portal "Start" é usado para publicar a lista de partida de qualquer competição.

Além das listas de partida, alguns parâmetros podem ser enviados junto com os arquivos, os quais o portal usa para detector se existe um novo evento ou uma atualização.

Três parametros são essenciais:
A identificação do evento no Helga (ID interna, determinada pela competição atual
O clube organizador nos dados do Evento
A primeira partida agendada (tab "Box")

Se um dos três parâmetros precisar ser modificado, você terá de seguir os seguinte procedimento:

Apagar a lista de partida existente no portal
realizar as modificações solicitadas
exportar a nova lista de partida para o portal

Se este procedimento não for seguido estritamente, um novo evento será incluído com a conseqüente segunda linha no portal.
