Time settings in Windows

Discovered after 8 years of BEL and International use of HELGA !!!,

the "time settings" in the Regional Options (Windows Configuration) on your pc MUST be "24:00:00" and surely not "12:00:00 AM PM"

In other words, at this moment, it's 16:02:10 (Belgian time) and NOT 4:02:10 PM

(in the meantime, use the above mentionned work-around.)
