HELGA Release 2013/01

It's time again for a new HELGA version...
After the intermediate release to support the new SICards 10 and 11, here's the official one with some additional features and small bug fixes.
- When reimporting control sequences with butterfly loops, the current course attributions are not cleared anymore
- Crossings cannot be configured for Score events anymore, as it may result in wrong points
- For individual races the instant classification is calculated when entering the finish data, and also printed on the split times ticket
- Additional search fields in Persons for course and class
- The start times calculation by blocks allows now interlacing categories
- Chasing start has been added for 2-day (race)-events
- The French FFCO data exchange tool has be extended to import foreign runners too.
