HELGA release 2018/09

Here it comes, a new consolidated release with a few improvements/fixes to the XML routines, including 2 major extensions
- multi-day export with split times
- relay export with split times.
The relay file is particular useful to upload the data to Winsplits Online, for in-depth analysis of all relay legs. A good example was the recent Belgian Clubs Relay.
