Problem with impression ticket

Hi Michael,

I'm from Brazil and I've had problem with impression ticket. When I start a new tournement the printer comes out two tickets, the current tournement and the ticket from the past competition.
I looked at everything and I did not get to solve the problem.
How can I to solve this problem? Could you give me some typs?

- make a back-up of your Helgadat (to secure your previous events)

- delete (remove) all competitions except the current one
