HELGA release 2022

The first release for this year is on its way, and comes with some new things..
It's now possible to configure a printout only/additionally on ticket when a runner is not classified. Before, a A4 sheet on the default printer was the only choice.
For example, you may want to keep an extra ticket for the jury; HELGA will print out 2 tickets automatically.
Or, when you don't generally hand out tickets to the runners, you just print out one when the runner is not classified, to check the reason.
The START screen has been redesigned a bit. The different customizations are now easier to select (instead of config table only).
It's mainly for the 3rd option "General Time keeping" for HELGA usage outside the Orienteering world, which has other/different requirements in various areas of the program.
The only change so far concerns the new "self service mode" feature to visualize results. In "General Time keeping" the extra button on the ribbon is visible by default; otherwise it's not (but can always be turned on by a config table update). The idea is that competitors have access to a computer screen and a numeric key pad ONLY (a touch screen should be disabled as well, to avoid any other action than typing the number..)
By typing their Startnumber, they see on screen the result and current standing.

Last addition, registration import from O'Punch for Team events. This will speed up management of Relay events! As extra option it can be specified if a Team should be classified or not, when the team members are from different clubs. The default is No.
