HELGA Release 2007/09

A new minor HELGA release is out.
It addresses smaller issues, like a new splits export format for RouteGadget. Also, some little improvements to the HTML output have been done.
Finally, the Help file selection has been reviewed with the introduction of the English version. This means that the Help file is displayed in the language of your screens (except DE and PT), unless there is only one Help file found in the program folder - in that case this one is displayed, regardless of the language.
