- When exporting periodically results to Webres, it is now possible to separate courses by H/D.
- If more than 90% of the live results have been uploaded to Webres and you attempt to close the screen, a reminder will appear to publish the final results.
- The "Bib search" for individuals in relay or team races now also works according to the pattern x.y (runner Y of team X)
- Bug fix: Import of "Luxembourg Orienteering" registrations from O'Punch, where there were issues with individual member numbers.
- Bug fix: Import of multi-day registrations from OrienteeringOnline, where selected individual days were being ignored.
- By removing the SPORTident OCX component (only working in 32 Bits), HELGA is now also available in a dedicated 64 Bits version. Instead of the OCX, the external SPORTident.Reader application is used to store the read-out data into a separate MS Access database. HELGA is then just reading that database for checking the course.
HELGA remains of course available in 32 Bits with the OCX, which guarantees faster processing times.
The "Connect & Test" button allows to enter the new management screen for the SI Reader connections. Please note that in the 32 Bits version, both connection types are available, but not simultaneaously.
1) The first choice is to use one single Reader connection, or two distinct ones for Persons and Finish.
2) Select the SI Reader database to connect to
3) Once connected, select the Output Event ID from the HELGA drop-down (a "base number" is suggested, but after at least one reading in SI Reader with an "extended" number with some suffixes, more will be selectable).
4) When a SPORTident device is connected, press Open/Close to start reading. Once stored, HELGA will be able to process the data.
Please note that the TEST button only recognises SI Card data that has been punched after opening the TEST screen. For Start and Finish, the data can be spooled, and you can see the number of "Readings waiting". This pipeline can be Cleared or the counter Refreshed.

Content of the third release for this year is:
- two bugfixes for Chasing starts in Multiday events
- removing the old FTP interface for exporting timed results
- updated BRA translations
- the IOF XML start and results files for single competitions now always contain the IOF-ID
- Excel registration import now has Bib (start) number, IOF-ID and is enabled for multiday events

The mandatory fields for each of the stages should be linked to a column that simply contains any indication that the runner is registered for that day. Only Blank means: not registered.
Start numbers are imported as they are, without validation. It's the responsibility of the Excel creator to ensure unicity.
Start times are imported as they are, without cross-checking the start ranges that are defined. - 02: Allocated Start groups (wishes) can now be edited.
- 02: Introduced a new upload URL for START and WEBRES, to work-around issues with the automatic upload.
- 03: Bug fix for importing an OrienteeringOnline TXT file (conversion to XML)

After the release of a redesigned START portal, comes now also a first HELGA release for this year.
- When creating a new Person, the Nationality defaults to the customization chosen at the first start of HELGA. This should be helpful for the majority of situations.
- The Person Search screen now has a combo box for selecting a club. Previously such search could only be achieved by the club code.

- The Excel import for registrations now provides a field for Start time. Only valid times (HH:MM or HH:MM:SS) are imported.

- The default value for keeping the Notes on START/WEBRES upload is now Yes.
- 02: Bugfix Startlist layout
- 03: This is the last version that still supports EMIT; checking for updates in the EMIT configuration has been disabled.
This is the first version with SPORTident only, after the decommissioning of the EMIT interface. It means that the EMIT OCX is not required anymore.
Only other change: the ranking points scheme for Brazilian national and regional ranks has been updated.
